"Better Than I Thought"
I wasn’t expecting much from the picture quality, but actually, it turned out really nice. The colors looked good, and the prints were clear — I was going to say “decent,” but no, they were genuinely sharp and not blurry at all. Happy with how they came out.

"Easy Checkout, Even Though I Usually Stick With Another Studio"
I’ll admit I usually feel loyal to the photo company our family has used before, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about ordering through dorianstudio.com. But it was really straightforward. I found the school photo package, added it to my cart, and the payment page didn’t give me any issues. I also liked that everything was clearly shown before I paid, so I knew exactly what I was getting. The confirmation came through right away too. I guess I’m a little conflicted because I’m used to my old go-to, but this was a smooth experience. No complaints from me.

Ordering from dorianstudio was straightforward . I was able to find my kid’s photos quickly , and checkout went smoothly without any issues . I liked that the choices were easy to understand and I could clearly see what I was ordering . Finished everything in just a few minutes , so overall it was a good experience .

"Good experience overall"
I had a good experience with Dorian Studio. The photographer seemed easygoing and professional, and from the way they handled everyone, I got the impression they really knew what they were doing. They showed up on time, were polite, and got everyone lined up quickly without making it feel stressful. The photos turned out nice too. My only small complaint is that I wish we didn’t have to wait as long to view them, but overall I was happy with it.

Dorian Studio was easy to work with through our school. The emails and reminders made sense, at least to me, and I was able to keep track of picture day and retakes without too much trouble. Ordering online was simple too, though I kept wondering if I was missing something because it felt almost too straightforward. My only small complaint is that I wish the delivery updates came a little quicker. But overall, it went fine and there weren’t any real issues.

"Retake Went Smoothly"
My kid had a retake with Dorian, and overall it was a easy process. The first photo didn’t turn out great, but retake day went smoothly and the new picture looked a lot better. Ordering on the site was simple enough too. I do wish the instructions had been a little clearer ahead of time, but in the end everything worked like it should. Happy with the result.

"Quick fix, but communication could’ve been clearer"
They got back to me quickly and did fix my issue, so I appreciate that. I just wish the communication had been a bit clearer along the way, because I had to guess what was happening at a couple points and that was kind of annoying. Still, the problem got sorted in the end.

I felt like the prices were totally reasonable for the photos we got. Nobody was trying to upsell us or make things feel weirdly expensive, which I appreciated.
